Every plan includes a 7-day free trial with full access to all features in that tier. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial, you can upgrade to a paid plan or your account will be downgraded to limited access.

Opus AI Add-on

Claude Opus is Anthropic's most capable model. On the Business plan, Opus is available as a per-conversation add-on:

Claude Opus Access

$0.10/conversation

Enable Opus per-project in your AI settings. Each conversation using Opus is billed at $0.10 on top of your subscription. Usage is tracked on your billing page. Haiku and Sonnet remain included at no extra cost.

Enterprise plans include Opus at no additional per-conversation charge.

How Billing Works

  • Billing is handled through Stripe. Your payment information is securely managed by Stripe and never stored on HelpYap servers.
  • Plans are billed monthly. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from Settings → Billing & Plan.
  • When you upgrade mid-cycle, you are charged a pro-rated amount for the remaining days in the billing period.
  • When you downgrade, the new plan takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle. You keep access to your current plan until then.

Managing Your Subscription

  1. Log in to the admin dashboard at app.helpyap.com/admin
  2. Navigate to Settings → Billing & Plan
  3. Click Manage Subscription to open the Stripe customer portal, where you can:
    • Update your payment method
    • View invoices and payment history
    • Switch plans
    • Cancel your subscription
